Our Story

Dave Cogswell is a long time area resident and is hard-working and honest. He started his painting business in 2008 under the name A Stroke Above Painting and in 2017 changed the company name to reflect his own and so became Cogswell’s Quality Painting Ltd. Same great service with integrity and honesty. Cogswells Quality Painting Ltd. staff are covered by Work Safe BC and liability insurance.
